I tried to use Beemer to generate a pitch deck for one business idea. This AI tool asks you several questions about your idea and generates a draft of the pitch deck. The draft intentionally has a higher volume than a regular pitch deck as the intention is to give the user a good starting point rather than the fully prepared and ready-to-present pitch deck. This makes sense.

Overall, I wouldn't say I liked the experience for the following reasons:

• No upfront pricing information. The cost is $10 for the base package, and $9.90 upsell for additional 35 slides. You only see the price after you’ve completed the detailed questionnaire and shared your business idea with Beemer;

• Data is not protected. I could access my pitch deck without issues from another Google account that did not participate in ordering the product. It has happened by accident but raises big questions about data privacy;

• Poor design and editorial materials. All pitch decks have the same design elements, so you have to hope that you are the first one who presents these to your investor today. See the sample slide below:

  

• No business plan or market estimation functionality;

• No ability to interactively edit the output - it is delivered by email a little bit after you make payment.

Overall, I would rate this product at 3.5 out of 10.0 points.
